Information and Membership Privacy Policy

All requests for Magic Valley Chaplain information or membership lists is prohibited unless written permission is given by the MVC Board of Directors.

• Written requests with details can be emailed to infomvcidgmail.com
• If a demand is made by a single member and the MVC Board believes the demand is for an improper purpose, the board may deny the member access to the list.
• Any person who misuses a membership list is liable for any damage caused by the misuse, including punitive damages for a fraudulent or malicious misuse.
